Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the gear we make-because we wear it too. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right. 

Returns Eligibility 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Clearance, custom or limited edition items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for the same item, if available.

Refunds

• Once your return id received and inspected, we'll issue a refund back to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are no-refundable.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear.

How to Start a Return 

1. Email us at sales@bluecollardollarco.com with your order number and what you would like to return or exchange.
2. We will reply with a return shipping address and simple instructions.
3. Pack up the item and drop it off-that's it.
